Les Aiguilles Rouges is the first phase of a luxurious residential and spa hotel development in this quiet but beautiful corner of The Four Valleys. Les Collons benefits from an altitude of 1,750m, providing snow sure, ski-in, ski-out access to your new apartments. Designed around a luxury boutique hotel, these exclusive residences will be some of the last delivered in The Four Valleys on a « no rental obligation » basis, following the ratification of the Lex Weber legislation at the beginning of January 2016.

La Dixence has been conceived by the same architects as the successful (and now sold out) Mer de Glace scheme in Nendaz. Using classical mountain architecture, traditional materials including distressed wood and locally sourced stone tiles, each apartment will feel like the inside of a new chalet. Finishings include oak parquet flooring with underfloor heating, fitted wooden kitchens with modern appliances and granite work tops, hand built bathrooms and generous balconies.

Phase I comprises just 13 apartments and a selection of luxury chalets. Owners will have access to the hotel facilities, including restaurants, après ski bar, swimming pools and natural thermal waters sourced from underground reserves beneath the site of La Dixence.
