The Chalet Vieux Bisse is a picturesque Swiss chalet built in 1961. Located off the road, it offers unparalleled views of the valley. The chalet is built on four floors.
The chalet was originally built as two apartments which are currently used as one dwelling. However, it would be very easy to revert to two flats.
The entrance is on the first floor and a corridor opens into the main reception room. This has generous proportions making it comfortable and spacious.
The first floor includes an office, a TV room and a guest bathroom. The master bedroom is located on this floor. It has an en-suite bathroom, plenty of cupboard space and a sauna.
Above the reception room, on the second floor, are two double bedrooms and two bathrooms, one of which is en suite with storage space.
The ground floor has a large dining room, again with a pleasant southern aspect. French doors open onto the wooded and totally private garden. Two double bedrooms and a bathroom as well as a staff area (one double bedroom with its own bathroom) complete this level.
On the lower ground floor there is a large bedroom with mountain views and en-suite bathroom and a guest WC.
A second independent two-storey chalet is located at the entrance to the property.
The upper floor, at road level, offers a garage with space for two cars.
Below this there is a large open plan room with French doors. This can be used as a games room or could easily be converted into a guest house with a double bedroom and bathroom.
The chalet is located five minutes from the slopes.
