The residence Le Cervin is one of the latest phases of the Dixence Resortluxury residential hotel and spa project, located in the quiet and beautiful Les Collons/Val d'Hérens region at 1750m altitude.
Each apartment enjoys a ski-in ski-out access to the 4 Valleys ski slopes and stunning views of the Matterhorn and Dent Blanche. Designed around a luxury boutique hotel, these flats are among the very last second homes to be delivered in the 4 Valleys "without rental obligation", following the ratification of the Lex Weber legislation in early January 2016.
Dixence Resort was designed by the same architects as the successful (and now sold) Mer de Glace project in Nendaz. Using classic alpine architecture and traditional materials, each flat will have the typical modern look of a mountain chalet. Finishings include oak flooring with underfloor heating, wooden kitchens with modern appliances and granite worktops, and large balconies.
The residence Le Cervin consists of only 13 flats, with choice of finishings by the buyer. Owners will have access to the hotel's facilities, including restaurants, an après-ski bar and the thermal spa, which includes 1 indoor and 1 outdoor pool, 3 Jacuzzi areas and a wellness area offering various treatments.
Each flat is sold with a cellar and a ski locker and underground parking is available for purchase in addition.
