Chalet Maguy

Built in 2011 at the client's request, this chalet was imagined as a family home for a growing family. Every detail was thought of to enhance the holiday experience. From the heated floors to the laundry room, no detail has been spared.
In order to adapt to the rhythm of the mountain, the architect designed the house with an inverted layout: the ground floor is located at the top and the lower floor at the top.
The ground floor is located at the top and the bedrooms and playroom are located on both sides.
The chalet has a sauna, a jacuzzi, a built-in wine cellar and a garage for two cars (with the ski room attached).
In order to provide the best possible view, the chalet has been built below street level. A fully lit pathway leads to the chalet. It can be walked or (in case of luggage, shopping or other) with a Polaris ranger which can be included in the sale price.
