Les Agettes

The chalet is located in Les Agettes, in a sunny and popular residential area, a few minutes drive from Sion. Traditionally, Les Mayens de Sion is a favourite destination for Valaisans due to its cooler temperatures in summer and the breathtaking views of the Rhone Valley and the surrounding mountains. Families and nature lovers alike appreciate the area for the many hiking trails in the vicinity.

The property was built in the 1980s with the typical architectural features of traditional Swiss summer chalets, including a terraced garden to enjoy the evening sun. Inside the chalet, the open fireplace in the living room is a major asset of this property and the 700m2 of partially buildable land offers many possibilities for expansion.
